In these particular cases, the person normally suffers from depression and social stigma. To add to the problem, they are constantly having panic attacks as to their condition. In such special cases the medications and the cognitive behavioral therapy have to be effectively combined to help the person have a night long sleep. A common thing to be kept in mind is that in all forms of treatment for anxiety related sleep disorders, the patient will have to work as a team with the practitioner to decide and achieve the best results.
